Thunder the Horse has an authority complex, strong opinions about fair pay, and Black Beauty and the Silver Brumby as his personal idols. Before landing on the Nana Huchy farm, he was sent to a prestigious racehorse stud in NSW — and flatly refused to work without a salary (carrots, for the record, do not count). He prefers kids to adults, because kids treat him like a friend instead of a workhorse. And once you get past the tough exterior, this dark stallion has a heart of gold and absolutely loves a good nuzzle into your shoulder. The Little Country Store is completely charmed by him.
